About Me
I have lived in Southern California and Colorado, but Kansas City is my home and has been since 1994. I received my bachelor's degree from DeVry University, in Computer Information Systems. I live in Overland Park with my wife, daughter, and two dogs. Speaking of dogs… I am a huge advocate for pet adoption and I’m a member/volunteer of Heartland SPCA (formerly Animal Haven), Wayside Waifs, and the national ASPCA organization. How I use technology to sell your home
Marketing is key. I setup a spot for your listing on my personal website in addition to advertising on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). Through the Keller Williams Listing System, your listing gets syndicated to another 350+ real estate related websites resulting in HUGE exposure for your listing. I also leverage tools such as Craigslist and provide quick and easy access for buyers to look up you home's information conveniently on their smart phone. 

How I make my client's life a little easier and the world a little greener
I am one of a few that pays an extra fee to utilize an eSignature program. No more driving to the office every time a document needs to be signed. The alternative was to fax and print or scan and print out each contract, sometimes multiple times. This results in tons of wasted paper, wasted time, and contracts would almost become illegible as each time it was scanned or faxed the quality degraded each time. No more with eSignature!
